Twenty of the recipes we have actually cooked for Thursday delivery customers, collected as the first volume. These are the summer boxes, so the emphasis is on things that travel well in the heat and taste good at room temperature. Each recipe notes what packs well alongside it, because a bento is a whole box rather than a single dish.
