Card payments for recipe books, meal plans and other digital downloads are taken through Stripe by DryKISS Ltd, which operates the online shop and the website for Bento Deluxe. DryKISS Ltd is the name that appears on your card statement and on your Stripe receipt. You can read more about them at drykiss.com. Food orders placed through the WhatsApp group are with Bento Deluxe directly.

Orders are placed via our WhatsApp group. By joining and placing an order, you agree to pay the stated price and collect or receive delivery as arranged. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Payment for bento boxes and jars is required in full before or upon collection/delivery of your order. Accepted payment methods will be communicated via our WhatsApp group.

Please inform us of any allergies or dietary requirements when placing your order. While we take care to accommodate requests, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the agreed collection or delivery time. Late cancellations may be subject to a charge.

Prices are shown in euro and include VAT where applicable. Menus, events and downloads are offered subject to availability, and we may change prices or withdraw an item before an order is confirmed.

A completed purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the downloaded file. Download links are time limited and tied to your order. Digital items are exempt from the statutory right of withdrawal once the download has started.

You agree to use bentodeluxe.com lawfully, and not to disrupt the site, attempt unauthorised access, or use automated means to extract content.

All recipes, photography, text and branding on this website belong to Bento Deluxe. You may not reproduce, redistribute or sell them without written permission.

We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Bento Deluxe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by Spanish law, and any dispute is subject to the courts of Spain.

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
