    Steamed broccoli & sweet red onion tossed in a zesty, citrusy ponzu sauce with a gentle chilli kick.

  • 1. Chorizo-Yaki

    Japanese style Takoyaki but with a Spanish twist. Balls of batter filled with Chorizo. Topped with ginger, Japanese mayo, and takoyaki sauce.

  • 2. Spicy Asian Style Grill Zucchini

    Meaty zucchini halves grilled then smothered with a spicy chilli-garlic sauce, finished with crispy onions.
