This is our last menu until my return in September, and I wanted to do something special. This week's bento is not a bento at all.

  • Phở Gà

    Vietnamese chicken noodle soup. Charred onions and ginger bring smokiness and sweetness to the broth, with classic cinnamon and star anise, served with rice noodles, cilantro, scallions, basil, sriracha and hoisin sauce. Have it hot or at room temperature.
    Also available as a veggie version made with spices, shiitakes and fresh herbs.
