  • Miso Ginger Chicken

    Juicy chicken coated in a sweet, salty, gingery miso glaze, cooked until sticky, caramelised, and absolutely irresistible.
    Also available with tofu.

  • Yaki Udon

    Thick, chewy udon noodles stir-fried with fresh vegetables in a rich, savoury sauce. Comfort food at its best!

  • Ponzu Broccoli

    Tender broccoli tossed in a bright citrus-soy ponzu dressing with a touch of honey and finished with toasted seeds for the perfect crunch.

    Served with a mango salsa.

  • Chicken Satay or Seitan

    Four units, served with a chilli peanut sauce.
