    Crunchy bok choy and earthy shiitake mushrooms stir-fried in a rich hoisin-ginger sauce.

  • Vietnamese Vermicelli Noodles

    Light and refreshing vermicelli noodles topped with shredded carrots, bean sprouts, and fresh mint. Served with our signature Nuoc Cham spicy dipping sauce for a perfect balance of sweet and, tangy.
