What a beautiful start to the week that will soon become fallas where I am shocked off my chair from all the mascletas! Fortunately, from where I am in La Canayda, it's not that bad! Back by popular demand! You asked for it, here it is!

  • Coconut Curry Laksa Noodle Soup

    Rich, creamy coconut broth infused with aromatic curry spices, silky noodles, and all the comforting flavours in one bowl. Warm, fragrant, and deeply satisfying.
    Also available with tofu, chicken or prawns.

  • Chilli Thai Drunken Noodles

    Bold, spicy, and full of wok-tossed goodness. Wide rice noodles stir-fried with garlic, chilli, fresh herbs, and a savoury sauce that hits all the right notes.

  • Singapore-Style Noodles (Mei Fun)

    Light rice vermicelli stir-fried with curry spice, crisp vegetables, and savoury goodness in every bite. Fragrant, colourful, and always a crowd favourite.
